India has the best laws for animals in the world, which have been significantly strengthened by the High Court and the Supreme Court through various judgements. The implementation still leaves a lot to be desired. We work with police, forest department and other agencies to enforce laws meant for animals. We guide several NGOs and police / forest department with legal and practical issues when dealing with animal cruelty, abuse, illegal slaughter, poaching and cruel transportation. We ourselves have several cases pending before the Hon’ble High Court and Supreme Court filed by Manoj Oswal.
